Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Items showing wear, damage, or modification not caused by us cannot be returned.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must provide clear photos or videos.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Email us at support@ewelery.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address we provide.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as they will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.


Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified whether your return is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
